The IT Systems team are responsible for the development, delivery and support of IT systems and services across WaterAid to help deliver of safe water, sanitation and hygiene to everyone, everywhere by 2030.

This strategy requires a technology driven process for analyzing data and presenting actionable information for the organisation to make informed business decisions thus enabling teams to work more flexibly to achieve their own objectives. The support that the systems team provides applies to all UK and Country Programme based operations. This role is pivotal to achieving this extremely important strategy.

The Information System's team are responsible for the development, delivery and ongoing support of IT systems and services across WaterAid.
In this role, you will (not limited too):

* Contribute to maturing WaterAid's business intelligence capacity as well as
* Take a lead role in the design, development and implementation of MS PowerBI applications for all core non-CRM systems, with a particular emphasis on Finance and International development.
* Be responsible for the management of the BI system product life cycle from creation, innovation, release through to retirement
* Develop an in depth understanding of the existing BI spaces and reporting areas. Post holder will need to build understanding of company core products and services to contribute to the BI corporate strategy and vision
* Work with the business to design, develop and validate Key Performance Indicators, Reports and Dashboards

To be successful, you'll need:

* Competent in the use of multiple software applications, such that data can be extracted, analysed and presented to the user requirements, this includes but is not limited to relational database technologies
* Demonstrable hands-on experience building and delivering BI solutions using BI technology, particularly Power BI.
* Designing and building reports with advance charts, graphs and Geo spatial maps.
* Demonstrate excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills.

Salary: £41,300 - £43,400 with excellent benefits.
