The WaterAid Data Operations team plays a vital role in the management of WaterAid's funds, data and supporter service through day-to-day management of WaterAid's CRM and BI systems.

As our positive and proactive Data Operations Officer you will play a crucial role in ensuring that key processes are efficiently executed and help to coordinate incoming support requests to the team.

This is a permanent full-time position.

You will play a key role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of WaterAid's fundraising data, carrying out data quality checks and financial reconciliation. You'll also be responsible for carrying out key financial processes from the database, such as Direct Debit and Gift Aid claims.

We're looking for someone who is motivated and enthusiastic, with a high attention to detail and the ability to use their initiative to solve problems.

To be successful, you'll need:

  • Experience of working with data in a relational database
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent IT skills, with advanced experience of using Microsoft Excel and Word
  • A solid understanding of fundraising products

Salary: £27,800 - £29,000 with excellent benefits

WaterAid is currently located at Durham Street, Vauxhall. However, we will be leaving our current location in the summer of 2020 (likely to be June/July 2020) and moving to 20 Canada Square, Canary Wharf. Therefore the London Office location and contract base, if you are successfully offered the role, will change. This will be discussed at the interview stage with you.
