The WaterAid IT Systems team are responsible for the development, delivery and support of IT systems and services across WaterAid to help deliver of safe water, sanitation and hygiene to everyone, everywhere by 2030.

This strategy requires a technology driven process for analysing data and presenting actionable information for the organisation to make informed business decisions thus enabling teams to work more flexibly to achieve their own objectives. The support that the IT systems team provides applies to all UK and Country Programme based operations. This role is pivotal to achieving this extremely important strategy.

Information Systems are responsible for the development, delivery and support of IT systems and services across WaterAid.
In this role, you will (not limited too):

* Work with internal stakeholders to support and develop HR beast practice through Systems Analysis, development and employee engagement

* Act as subject matter expert for People Place and the underlying Salesforce / sage people (Fairsail) platform

* Work with external vendor to realise the potential of people place

Salary: £43,500 with excellent benefits

WaterAid is currently located at Durham Street, Vauxhall. However, we will be leaving our current location in the summer of 2020. The new location is to be confirmed but will be within zone 1-2 in London. The recruiting line manager will discuss this with you at the interview stage.
