You will be a trusted advisor to managers at all levels, covering the fully employee life cycle.

You'll also:

  • Contribute to a business partnering approach to leadership and management development, working in collaboration with key stakeholders to help build upon our talent management plans.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives: such as staff surveys, enabling each business area you support to maximise their potential and action plan to enhance departmental results.

To be successful in this role you will need to be resourceful, pragmatic and have sound generalist HR experience.

  • To be a confident influencer/coach, able to build strong client area relationships and have a good balance between support and challenge. You will have built credibility with business focused managers through providing pragmatic HR solutions. Able to use your planning skills to deliver projects and bring positive results.
