The WaterAid IT Systems team are responsible for the development, delivery and support of IT systems and services across WaterAid to help deliver of safe water, sanitation and hygiene to everyone, everywhere by 2030.
This strategy requires a technology driven landscape thus enabling teams to work more flexibly to achieve their own objectives. The support that the systems team provides applies to all UK and CP based operations. This role is pivotal to achieving this extremely important strategy.

Information Systems are responsible for the development, delivery and support of IT systems and services across WaterAid.
In this role, you will (not limited too):
Maintain, develop and integrate the centrally managed systems that support WaterAid's working within an ITIL framework
Provide technical support for monitoring and evaluation systems
Coordinate cross departmental report of financial and grant information utilising T-SQL and VBA skill set
For future developments, work in partnership with business users, to ensure organisation needs are translated into concrete requirements, and fulfilled by third party developers.
Person Specification
To be successful, you'll need:
Experience using Jitterbit, SSIS or equivalent integration tools;
A working knowledge of MS SQL Server;
Proven experience of business partnering and interfacing with third party developers;
Experience of using relational database packages, building complex queries and working with large and complex data sets;
Extensive experience of data integration technologies between disparate systems specifically use of Jitterbit.

Salary: £41,300 - £43,400 with excellent benefits.
