The WaterAid Supporter Care team deliver an exceptional supporter experience and champion this across the organisation.
As our engaging and inspiring Supporter Care Advisor you will be the first point of contact for our supporters and motivate them to be part of our work.

This is initially a six month fixed term, full time role.

In this role you'll also:
* Engage, inspire and motivate people to support WaterAid and be part of our work for the long term

* Advise and accurately amend supporters' donation, contact details and communication details in line with compliance requirements

* Process non-standard donations within agreed turnaround times, tailoring and personalising letters to meet the needs of our supporters

* Support a programme of outbound calling to steward those supporting WaterAid through a variety of activities

* Proactively seek ways to change or enhance Supporter Care processes and procedures and implement improvements as appropriate

To be successful, you'll need:

  • Proven experience of excellent customer/supporter service skills
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • A positive and proactive approach with 'can do' attitude

Salary: £22,100 pro rata with excellent benefits.

WaterAid is currently located at Durham Street, Vauxhall. However, we will be leaving our current location in the summer of 2020 (likely to be June/July 2020) and moving to 20 Canada Square, Canary Wharf. Therefore the London Office location and contract base, if you are successfully offered the role, will change. This will be discussed at the interview stage with you.
